Clinical Supervision

I believe supervision is about more than developing clinical skills. It is also a space to pause, reflect, ask questions, and explore who you are as a practitioner and how your work impacts you personally and professionally.

Having experienced the value of reflective and integrative approaches in my own professional journey, I am passionate about supporting other clinicians to develop ways of working that feel authentic, thoughtful and sustainable. I aim to create a warm, honest and supportive space where you can openly reflect on your clinical work, explore challenges, build confidence and continue to grow.

I provide supervision for psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, social workers, and others, with a particular interest in supporting those who are drawn to holistic, experiential, relational and mind-body approaches. Supervision may involve exploring complex clinical work and process issues, developing and refining therapeutic skills, or reflecting on ethical, workplace and career-related challenges.

I enjoy working with both experienced and early-career clinicians. For more experienced practitioners, supervision can offer valuable space for deeper reflection, fine-tuning clinical practice and exploring the more nuanced aspects of therapeutic work. For early-career psychologists, I offer support in navigating the transition into professional practice, building confidence and developing a clearer sense of your own professional identity and the kind of psychologist you want to become.

I am a Psychology Board-approved supervisor and am able to provide principal supervision for the Clinical psychology registrar program and the 5+1 internship program.

My hope is that supervision feels like a supportive and collaborative space—one where you can bring your questions, challenges and uncertainties, while also recognising your strengths and continuing to grow as both a clinician and a person.

If this sounds like the type of supervision you are looking for, then please get in touch via the contact page.
